The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that KESMI proposes to seek approval from the shareholders for the proposed adoption of a new Constitution of the Company (“Proposed New Constitution”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened.

The details of the Proposed New Constitution will be included in the Notice of the 48th Annual General Meeting that will be issued in due course.
