Kindly note that the minutes are only made available without charge to shareholders who were eligible to attend the 52^nd AGM, i.e. shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 4 January 2024 (“AGM ROD”). For shareholders whose name does not appear in the AGM ROD, you are entitled to be furnished with a copy of the said minutes after you have made a request in writing to the Company at a charge not exceeding RM2.00 for every one hundred words as prescribed under Section 342(4) of the Companies Act 2016.
